At Homify, we want you to love your home décor purchases. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Certain items like customized or fragile décor may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
  • Sale or clearance items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
