Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Certain items like customized or fragile décor may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
